Terms & Conditions
- 50% Payment to secure booking
- Remaining balance payable 4 weeks prior to occupation
- Cancellation fee of 10% of total rental amount if cancelled 4 weeks prior to occupation
- Cancellation fee of 50% of total rental amount if cancelled 3 weeks prior to occupation
- No refunds for cancellations less than 3 weeks prior to occupation
- R5,000.00 refundable key/breakages deposit is also required
- No pets allowed
